Delete your BBQLogic account

You can request deletion of your BBQLogic account and associated app data by contacting us by email.

Please include the email address used for your BBQLogic account so we can identify the correct account.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete your BBQLogic account data, including saved cooks, temperature logs, notes, ratings, tenderness self-assessments, personal tenderness adjustments, app preferences, notification tokens, and MEATER connection data stored by BBQLogic.

Data retained

We may retain limited records if required for legal, tax, security, abuse prevention, or transaction purposes. Google Play purchase records are handled by Google according to Google Play policies.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
